The PoyaData Home
Service Agent Module allows you to create and
define agent accounts. Agents have their
own level of access and they can define their
own home service customers by setting up credit
limits. Through the agent management
system you can manage all of your agent
accounts.
The PoyaData
Development Team will integrate a complete
E-Store Module into your existing website.
Through the PoyaData E-Store Module, customers
can buy your Calling Card or Home Service
products. We also customize the interface
of the module to match it with your existing
website. During the registration
procedure, your customers will receive an email,
including PIN number, access number and all
other necessary information.
This add-on
module includes the Online Payment Module and
End-User Interface Module.
PoyaData can also
customize your IVR prompts exactly the way you
want. We can provide different scenarios
for your IVR prompts such as, customized welcome
messages, one or two-stage calls, dial tone for
fast-call and more!
